At The ETC Store, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Exchange Policy

• We offer exchange only within 3 days of receiving the product.
• To request an exchange, customers must provide an unboxing video as proof.
• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
• Exchange is applicable only for:
  • Wrong size delivered
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Defective product

2. Return Policy

• We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind.
• Refunds are only applicable if the requested product is out of stock for exchange.

3. Non-Exchangeable Items

• Products purchased on sale / clearance / special discount are not eligible for exchange.
• Items damaged due to customer misuse will not be accepted.

4. Exchange Process

• Customers must contact us through our official page/website within 3 days of delivery.
• Exchange delivery charge must be borne by the customer (inside Bangladesh).
• After receiving the returned item and quality check, we will dispatch the exchanged product.

5. Important Notes

• Slight color variation may occur due to lighting and screen resolution.
• Size mismatch due to not checking the size chart will not be considered a valid exchange reason.
